Q: Where are you located?

A: Our store is located at 519 N. Sanders St., Helena, Montana — right in the heart of Big Sky Country!

Q: What are your business hours?

A: We’re open Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. As a small, veteran-owned business, these hours help us provide the best service while managing all aspects of operations.

Q: Do you offer online shopping?

A: Not at this time. However, phone orders are always welcome! Just give us a call at (406) 442-3359.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks in-store. Credit cards are also accepted for phone orders.

Q: Why is there a 3% card fee?

A: A 3% fee is added to credit/debit card transactions to help offset processing costs. This fee is clearly posted in-store and at checkout. By passing this fee only to customers who choose to pay with a credit card, we’re able to keep prices lower for our cash-paying customers. It’s a small way we ensure fairness while keeping costs manageable for everyone.

Q: Do you ship products?

A: Yes! We ship across the U.S. Shipping costs are based on actual rates — especially for large items like flagpole kits.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

A: Unused, standard-stock items may be returned within 15 days of purchase with a receipt. Items must be in original condition, and a small restocking or repackaging fee may apply if the packaging is damaged. Custom orders and installed flagpoles are non-returnable. Please feel free to contact us with questions before your purchase — we’re happy to help!

Q: Are your flags made in the USA?

A: Yes! All our U.S. flags are proudly American-made. We support U.S. manufacturers and American jobs.

Q: Why do your flags cost more than some online sellers?

A: Our flags are made in the USA using high-quality materials and fair labor. While they may cost more than imported versions, they’re built to last — and your purchase supports American workers.

Q: Do you install flagpoles?

A: While we don’t install flagpoles ourselves, we can connect you with trusted installers in the Helena area — and we may have contact information for professionals in other Montana communities as well. Just ask!

Q: What size flagpole do I need?

A: A great place to start is by deciding what size flag you want to fly. From there, we can recommend a flagpole height — typically, your pole should be at least as tall as your building or about one-third taller than the flag when mounted near a roofline. Give us a call — we’re happy to help you make the right choice.

Q: Do you make custom flags or banners?

A: Yes! We offer custom flags, banners, and patches through a selection of trusted third-party manufacturers — they are not made in-house. We work with several reputable suppliers to get you the best fit and quality. While we don’t provide design services in-house, we can refer you to graphic designers who do, often for a separate fee. To avoid extra artwork or conversion costs, we highly recommend providing your design in vector format (such as .AI, .EPS, or .SVG). This also helps expedite the ordering process. Q: Do you offer donations or sponsorships?

A: As a small business with limited resources, we focus on supporting fundraisers led by regular customers and those that align with patriotic values. We encourage donation requests to be submitted well in advance using our Donation Request Form. Please note that short-notice requests may not be eligible.

Q: How do I care for my flag?

A: To extend the life of your flag:
– Take it down in high winds or heavy rain
– Wash gently with mild detergent
– Replace it when it becomes tattered or faded

We also offer flag retirement services for paying or current customers. As a small business, we don’t have the space to take in everyone’s retired flags — but we’re happy to responsibly retire flags purchased from us. We are currently exploring the option of accepting retired flags for a small fee, which would include a coupon of equal value toward a future U.S. flag purchase.
